Fair Usage Policy

1. Your Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring all uploaded photos and videos are appropriate, legal, and respectful of everyone's rights and privacy. All content must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or personal rights.

2. Service Purpose

Snapeen is built exclusively for event-based photo sharing via QR codes. We are not a general cloud storage platform. Please use our service only for organizing and sharing event memories—not as a replacement for Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar storage services.

3. Reasonable Usage Limits

To ensure optimal performance for all users, we apply the following reasonable limits:

• Maximum of 10,000 photos and videos per individual event
• Maximum of 5,000 participants per individual event
• Storage duration depends on your plan: Free events store photos for 7 days, One-Time events for 30 days, and Premium events for 90 days — all measured from event creation date. After this period, photos are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

4. Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to any content, event, or account that breaches this policy or our Terms of Service. Actions may be taken immediately and without advance warning when necessary to protect our community.

5. Automatic Content Deletion

All event photos and media are permanently deleted at the end of your plan's storage period (7, 30, or 90 days from event creation depending on your plan). This is an automatic process and applies to all events regardless of activity.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify event creators before deletion, but we strongly encourage you to download your photos well in advance. Once deleted, content cannot be recovered.
