If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Snapeen provides a platform that allows users to create event galleries, generate QR codes for event access, upload and share photos and videos, and download media from events. Our service is designed to make capturing and sharing memories from special occasions simple and organized.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and other content you upload to Snapeen ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing our service.

4.2 Content Responsibilities

You agree that Your Content will not:

• Violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
• Contain unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material
• Contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Depict illegal activities or encourage illegal behavior
• Contain explicit or adult content without appropriate warnings
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4.3 Content Monitoring

While we do not pre-screen content, we reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

4.4 Backup and Storage

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the integrity of Your Content, we are not responsible for any loss or corruption of data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of Your Content.

5. Event Management

5.1 Event Creation

Event creators are responsible for managing access to their events, including generating and distributing QR codes. You agree not to share QR codes publicly or with unauthorized individuals if the event is intended to be private.

5.2 Event Participation

By joining an event through a QR code, you agree that content you upload will be visible to other event participants. You should only upload content that you are comfortable sharing with others at the event.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated means to access the service without our permission
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious code or engage in any activity that could damage or impair the service
• Violate any applicable laws regarding data protection and privacy

7. Intellectual Property

The snapeen platform, including its design, logo, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
