For paid plans, payment is required when you create your QR code. The Free plan lets you start immediately without payment, but has storage and feature limitations.
From your event date — never from the day you pay or set things up. Create your gallery a year ahead, buy a plan whenever you like: uploads are open from the moment you create it, and your storage window only starts on the event day itself.
You'll receive email reminders before your photos are deleted, and you can download your full gallery as a ZIP at any time while it's available (Free: 30 days after your event, paid plans: 12 months after your event). Want zero deadlines? The Snapeen Memories subscription ($49/year or $5.99/month) keeps every photo and video from all your events stored forever — no countdown at all.
Yes. Snapeen Memories ($49/year or $5.99/month) removes the storage countdown completely — every photo and video from every event you host, past and future, stays stored permanently. You can add it from your dashboard and cancel anytime.
You can upgrade anytime during your event. If you hit the 50 photo limit on Free, you can instantly upgrade to keep collecting more photos.
Free and paid per-event plans allow two active events at a time. Once your event ends and storage expires, you can create a new one.
Premium gives you unlimited photos/videos (vs 200/20), a longer upload window (12 vs 3 months after your event), branded QR designs, and a custom event page. Both keep your gallery for 12 months after the event. Best for weddings and important events.
On the Free plan (50 photos), uploads stop with an upgrade prompt. One-Time allows up to 200 photos, Premium is unlimited. You can upgrade mid-event if needed.
We offer refunds within 24 hours of purchase if you haven't generated your QR code yet. Once your event starts collecting photos, sales are final.
