For paid plans, payment is required when you create your QR code. The Free plan lets you start immediately without payment, but has storage and feature limitations.
You'll receive email reminders before your photos are deleted. You can extend storage by upgrading your plan. Free plan: 7 days, One-Time: 30 days, Premium: 90 days.
Yes! You can upgrade anytime during your event. If you hit the 50 photo limit on Free, you can instantly upgrade to keep collecting more photos.
Free and paid per-event plans allow two active events at a time. Once your event ends and storage expires, you can create a new one.
Premium gives you unlimited photos/videos (vs 200/20), longer storage (90 vs 30 days), branded QR designs, and a custom event page. Best for weddings and important events.
On the Free plan (50 photos), uploads stop with an upgrade prompt. One-Time allows up to 200 photos, Premium is unlimited. You can upgrade mid-event if needed.
We offer refunds within 24 hours of purchase if you haven't generated your QR code yet. Once your event starts collecting photos, sales are final.
