Storage Plans Explained
Snapeen offers different storage durations based on your needs:
Free Event (7 Days)
- Duration: 7 days of photo storage
- Best For: Small gatherings, testing the platform, birthday parties
- Features: Up to 50 photos, up to 5 videos, watermarked QR code, individual downloads
- Photo Quality: Compressed photos (upgrade for original quality)
- After 7 Days: Gallery becomes inaccessible and photos are permanently deleted (download beforehand!)
One-Time Event (30 Days) — $24.99
- Duration: 30 days of photo storage
- Best For: Most weddings, engagement parties, anniversaries, birthdays
- Features: Up to 200 photos, up to 20 videos, custom QR code, bulk download, original quality photos
- After 30 Days: Gallery becomes inaccessible and photos are permanently deleted
Premium Event (90 Days) — $49.99
- Duration: 90 days of photo storage
- Best For: Destination weddings, multi-day events, important celebrations, delayed downloads
- Features: Unlimited photos and videos, branded QR design, bulk download, original quality, custom event page, priority support
- After 90 Days: Gallery becomes inaccessible and photos are permanently deleted
How Long Are Photos Stored?
Storage duration starts from your event creation date:

Your storage countdown begins when you create the event, not when your event happens! Plan accordingly if creating your event weeks in advance.

Free Plan: Photos accessible for 7 days from event creation
One-Time ($24.99): Photos accessible for 30 days from event creation
Premium ($49.99): Photos accessible for 90 days from event creation
Email Reminders: We'll email you at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before expiration
Downloading Before Expiration
Make sure to download all photos before your storage period ends:
Quick Download Process
- Log in to your Snapeen dashboard
- Navigate to your event
- Click "Download All Photos" button
- Save the ZIP file to your computer
- Verify the download completed successfully
- Create backups in multiple locations
What Happens After Expiration?
- Your gallery becomes inaccessible to you and guests
- Photos are permanently deleted from our servers
- Your QR code and link stop working
- No recovery is possible after deletion
- Download is the only way to keep photos permanently

Can't Extend After Expiration
Once your storage period ends, photos are permanently deleted. There are no extensions or recoveries after expiration. This is why downloading during your storage period is essential!
